I didn't wake up one day and decide I was going to be an auto technician. I grew up in a life surrounded by cars. As a young boy I would always be out in the shop working with my father on our classic cars. My father, a retired ASE Master Technician, is the person I thank for my passion in automotive excellence. At a very young age, he taught me the basics of automotive repair and by age thirteen I was diagnosing and repairing on my own. He always told me, “Do something else, don't work on cars.” It was too late, I was hooked!

My first job was at a European auto repair shop in Lodi, California as an apprentice auto technician. I worked there for five years, learning all I could about European automobiles. My coworkers, who each had more than thirty years of experience at dealers and high-end shops, taught me more than I could have ever imagined. On December 31, 2010 I passed my ASE certifications in Suspension & Steering, Brakes, Electrical-Electronic Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning, and Engine Performance. Having certifications, my employer promoted me to assistant manager-shop foreman. I did that for almost a year, and one day he decided they weren't busy enough to keep me on and I was let go. I spent a month looking for another job with no luck.

I always had the idea of running my own shop and making my customers happy with great service that they deserve. Knowing that most people are looking to spend as little as possible to get their cars fixed, I knew a shop would not be successful. Then it hit me – bring great professional service to them. A mobile service would be most convenient for the customer and I could charge less for repairs. I began to ask people if they would use a professional mobile auto repair service. Not one person said no! That's when I knew I had to make Euro Autohaus 2 U a reality, not just a dream.
